Engagements

Actual work — scope, price, timelines, ownership, data handling — is governed by a written agreement signed by both sides. Where that agreement and this page differ, the agreement wins.

Third-party services

Booking runs on Cal.com; analytics on Plausible. Your use of those services is governed by their terms. We chose them deliberately, but we don't operate them.

As-is

The site is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, AnekoLabs isn't liable for damages arising from use of the site itself.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
